Accessibility

Our commitment

This site is built so anyone can use it: with a screen reader, with the keyboard alone, with the text enlarged, or from an old phone on a slow signal. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA, the international standard for web accessibility.

What's already in place

• You can move through the whole site with the keyboard, and you can always see where the focus is.
• The first link on every page lets you skip straight to the content, without going through the menu.
• Text meets the minimum color-contrast ratios, verified by real measurement rather than by eye.
• If your system asks for less motion, the site respects it: the film holds still and the animations don't run.
• The call buttons and menu links have a large touch area, made for real fingers and for hands that shake.
• You can enlarge the text with your browser's or phone's zoom: we don't block it.
• Decorative images and animations are marked as decorative, so a screen reader doesn't read them to you.
• Every page declares its language — Spanish or English — so a screen reader pronounces it correctly.
• The information pages — phones, prescription, privacy — are static pages: they read and you can call even if JavaScript doesn't load.

How we check it

This site is tested with automated accessibility and color-contrast checks, and with full walkthroughs using only the keyboard.

Automated tests catch some problems, not all of them. That's why the part below matters: if something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.

What isn't there yet

• We haven't done a formal external audit or testing with people with disabilities. When we do, we'll say so here.
• The home page is a film with motion and video. If you prefer less motion, turn it on in your system and the site respects it — but it's still a long page to travel.
• The locations map is visual. The addresses, hours, and phone numbers are written out in text below the map and on the contact page.
• Some parts of the site are decorative, like the 3D capsule. Nothing essential lives only there: phones, hours, and addresses are always in text.

You don't need to explain anything technical. Tell us what you were trying to do and we'll sort it out by phone — and fix the site for the next person who comes through.
